Donation Process

Your gift is processed immediately online through the embeddable widget on ACH's website. You'll receive both a confirmation message and U.S. tax receipt by email right away.

U.S. Tax Receipts

Online donations automatically generate a U.S. tax-deductible receipt sent to your email for tax records. This applies worldwide, including Costa Rican donors using local credit cards.

Costa Rica Tax Receipts

The online widget provides only U.S. receipts—no Costa Rican tax receipts, even with local cards. For CR tax-deductible receipts, use ACH's BAC account or SINPE transfer (handled by ACH accountants).

Fees and Recommendations

Processing fees are deducted from donations. For larger gifts with U.S. tax receipts, wire transfers help minimize costs.
