Community Safety

We strengthen safety in Hermosa through community organization, immediate actions, and long-term strategic planning. The project brings together residents, private security, and public authorities to build a safer and more resilient community.

PNE & Natural Heritage Conservation

We protect and steward State Natural Heritage lands in Hermosa through community-based conservation, monitoring, and territorial defense. This project safeguards coastal forests and wetlands, ensuring they remain healthy, living ecosystems for future generations.

Peñón–Poza Cambute Restoration & Natural Park

We are restoring a key ecological corridor between Peñón and Poza Cambute through reforestation, erosion mitigation, and public space redesign. The project reconnects biodiversity, recovers the natural landscape, and creates shaded, accessible spaces for the community.

Living Roads
(Shade, Security, Micromobility)

We are transforming Hermosa’s streets into shaded, walkable, and safe corridors that integrate infrastructure, biodiversity, and climate adaptation. This pilot project improves mobility, restores the tree canopy, and strengthens ecological connectivity.

Clean Water
(Clean ocean and clean waters)

We monitor and protect water quality across rivers, streams, and the ocean by identifying contamination sources and promoting community-driven solutions. This project strengthens both ecosystem and community health through data, education, and collective action.

Hermosa San Martín Community Center

(Design and building of the community center)

We are developing a shared community space to support Hermosa’s social, educational, and environmental development. Through a phased and participatory process, this project aims to create a place that reflects the needs and vision of the community.

Beach Use & Enjoyment: Accesses & Parking Areas

(Design, Construction, and Maintenance)

We restore and maintain public beach access points through improved paths, signage, and infrastructure. The project ensures equitable access, reduces congestion, and supports the protection of the coastal environment.

Coastal & Marine Zone Conservation
(Cabo Blanco Reserve & Marine Management Area)

We support the protection of over 80,000 hectares of ocean waters off Hermosa’s coast in collaboration with SINAC and regional governance spaces. This project protects marine biodiversity, surf conditions, and sustainable ocean use.
